4.1 Single Account Policy. Each User is permitted to hold only one (1) registered account on the 1xwin platform. The operation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether under the same or different identities — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, 1xwin reserves the right to close all accounts associated with that individual, to void all wagers placed across those accounts, and to forfeit any balances or bonus funds held therein.
4.2 Account Security. 4.3 Account Verification (KYC). 1xwin may, at its absolute discretion, require you to undergo identity and age verification at any point. You agree to provide all requested documents and information in a timely manner. Failure to complete KYC within a specified timeframe may result in the suspension of withdrawal rights or the closure of your account.
4.4 Account Closure. You may request the closure of your 1xwin account at any time by contacting our support team. Pending withdrawal requests will be processed prior to closure where KYC has been satisfactorily completed. Any Bonus Funds outstanding at the time of voluntary closure will be forfeited. 1xwin may retain account records for a period consistent with applicable regulatory obligations.
5.1 Accepted Payment Methods. 1xwin accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following payment methods available to Pakistani players: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, and Meezan Bank transfer. All transactions are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). 1xwin does not accept third-party deposits — funds must originate from a payment account registered in your own name.
5.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit on the 1xwin platform is PKR 500. There is no maximum deposit limit under standard account conditions, though 1xwin reserves the right to impose limits on individual accounts at its absolute discretion.

5.5 Currencies. All accounts on the 1xwin platform are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). No currency conversion is applied to deposits or withdrawals. Cryptocurrency deposits are not currently accepted.
6.1 General Betting Rules. All bets placed on 1xwin are accepted and settled in accordance with the specific rules applicable to each sport, market type, and event as published in the 1xwin betting rules documentation. In the event of any conflict between general terms and sport-specific rules, the sport-specific rules shall prevail.
6.2 Bet Acceptance. 1xwin reserves the right to refuse or limit any bet at its absolute discretion without providing any reason. A bet is only confirmed and binding once a confirmation reference number has been issued to the User. Bets placed in error or duplicate bets submitted during technical issues may be voided at 1xwin's discretion.
6.3 Obvious Errors. Where odds are published in obvious error — whether due to a pricing error, feed failure, or technical fault — 1xwin reserves the right to void any bets placed at those erroneous odds, regardless of whether those bets have already been settled. Affected users will be notified and their stakes returned.
6.4 In-Play Betting. In-play (live) betting markets on cricket, PSL fixtures, and other events are subject to the same general betting rules but carry an additional acknowledgement that live odds reflect real-time probability assessments that change rapidly. Bets accepted in-play are final subject to the Obvious Errors provision above.
6.5 Event Cancellation and Postponement. Where a sporting event is cancelled, abandoned, or postponed before completion and not rescheduled within 24 hours (or 72 hours for cricket matches), bets on that event will be voided and stakes returned. Specific rules may apply to certain market types within an event.
6.6 Maximum Winnings. Maximum winnings limits apply per event and per day on 1xwin. These limits vary by sport and market type. 1xwin reserves the right to apply individual account winnings limits where patterns of professional advantage betting are identified.
7.1 General Bonus Terms. All bonuses, promotional credits, free bets, free spins, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives offered by 1xwin are subject to specific terms and conditions published alongside each promotion. These general Terms apply in addition to any promotion-specific terms and, in the event of a conflict, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail.
7.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless expressly stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms, Bonus Funds are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before they or any winnings derived from them may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements vary by promotion and are expressed as a multiplier of the bonus amount (e.g., 30x). Qualifying bets are those placed on eligible markets at minimum odds as specified in the relevant promotion terms.
7.3 One Bonus Per User. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, each promotion is available to each eligible User once only. Attempts to claim the same promotion through multiple accounts or via shared payment details constitute a breach of these Terms.
7.4 Bonus Expiry. All Bonus Funds are subject to an expiry period as stated in the specific promotion terms. Bonus Funds and any associated wagering requirements that remain incomplete at the time of expiry will be removed from your account automatically without compensation.
7.5 1xwin Right to Withdraw Promotions. 1xwin reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice. Where a promotion is withdrawn mid-cycle, reasonable consideration will be given to partially earned bonus credits at 1xwin's absolute discretion.
8.1 Fair Play Certification. All casino games available on the 1xwin platform — including but not limited to live dealer blackjack, roulette, baccarat, casino poker, slots, and game show titles — are supplied by licensed third-party software providers. The random number generators (RNGs) used in these games are independently certified for fairness by accredited testing laboratories. Certification records are available upon reasonable request.
8.2 House Edge. All casino games carry a mathematical advantage in favour of the house. The theoretical return-to-player (RTP) percentage for each game is disclosed within the game information panel. 1xwin's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 12 months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim, exclusive of any Bonus Funds.
1xwin makes no warranty that the platform will be continuously available, error-free, or free from technical interruptions. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance periods may result in temporary unavailability of some or all services. 1xwin will use reasonable efforts to notify registered users of scheduled maintenance in advance.
Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under applicable law.
1xwin reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time at its sole discretion.
